Throughout this site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ElectricCountry.com, including all information, tools, and services available to you, the user, provided you agree to abide by all terms, conditions, policies, and notices outlined here.
ElectricCountry.com ships to most addresses in the United States. However, we unfortunately do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. Note that some restrictions may apply. All products come with free shipping.
Address accuracy
Please double check your address for accuracy when ordering from ElectricCountry.com. An incorrectly entered addresses can delay or prevent shipment.
Delivery time
When you place an order with ElectricCountry.com we will estimate shipping and delivery dates. Note that these estimated shipping dates are approximate and can change based on circumstances beyond our company's control. Refunds will not be issued for any carrier-related shipping delays. Once your package has been picked-up by the carrier you can obtain delivery information directly from them – see "Tracking your package" section below.
After you place an order on ElectricCountry.com, your order's max handling time is 2 days and generally it take 3-4 days to be delivered. Warehouse operational hours are Monday – Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will generally be processed by our warehouse Monday, the first business day of the week.

ElectricCountry.com will not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska.
P.O. boxes
ElectricCountry.com can not ship to a U.S. Postal Service post office box. Please provide an actual street address.
APO/FPO addresses
ElectricCountry.com cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Commercial mail boxes
ElectricCountry.com is unable to ship to a commercial mail box similar to a Mail Boxes Etc®. Please provide an actual street address.
Undeliverable packages
The carrier determines if the package is undeliverable and will return the package to us. In these cases we issue a full refund. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to the payment method used. These undeliverable packages will not be reshipped. A new order must be placed for the item.
Incorrect address
If an address is incorrect or incomplete the package will be returned by the carrier. Please be careful when entering your address and proof read it for any mistakes before submitting your order. Please review our Address Accuracy tips above before placing another order.
Refused by recipient
If you are placing an order to send as a gift it may be refused by a recipient who is not expecting to receive a gift. You may want to let the recipient know that they should be expecting a surprise. Refused products are considered to be returned products and are subject to our return process.
Return Process
If your return is received and accepted by ElectricCountry.com, a credit for the full purchase price (plus tax), excluding restocking fees of 25% of the order value and return shipping fees, will be issued to the payment method used to purchase the returned order.
The ElectricCountry.com product is produced for sale in the United States. The ElectricCountry.com brand warranty for customers who intend to use it outside of the United States is not applicable.
Email support@ElectricCountry.com for more details regarding ElectricCountry.com products that require service, were purchased in the United States, and are now outside the United States. For these products, which require service, consumers are responsible for all costs including, taxes, duties of replacement parts, and local power adaptors at the owner/customer’s expense.
