Returns and Refunds
This website, ElectricCountry.com, is owned and operated by Great White Capital LLC. Throughout this site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ElectricCountry.com, including all information, tools, and services available to you, the user, provided you agree to abide by all terms, conditions, policies, and notices outlined here.
ElectricCountry.com have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging including manuals and warranty cards. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code before the shipment of any products to the manufacturer's warehouse. If we do accept the return, a 25% restocking fee, any return shipping and transaction fees will apply to your returned order. For orders cancelled prior to shipping a 25% cancellation and restocking fee will be applied.
Return Shipping Fee
Refunds or exchanges will be processed upon receipt and inspection. Please contact the manufacturer directly so that they can troubleshoot your product to determine if it is potentially defective and replace it if it is deemed defective.
If the product is defective, the manufacturer will pay for your shipping fees. If the item was determine by the manufacturer to be defective after full inspection, then we will issue a full refund to the payment method used to purchase the item.
If the item was determine to not be defective, we will be unable to accept the return and the item will be sent back to your shipping address. You will cover the return shipping costs back to you. If you do not want the product anymore, you will be subject to our standard return policy.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
